Tsuyoshi Domoto was ultra slim and very fit! 

Koichi last night starred in the World's Mysterious Tales Special 2006 and his segment was called Yesterday at the Park 昨日公園 by Fuji TV.  You could read the English listing here. Beautiful, beautiful Koichi! I was talking aloud to myself as I watched him and kept saying, "OMG, he's so beautiful!!! so beautiful!!" His body is so fit....even under a T-shirt, I could feel his strength.  (October 6 Update: For those who needs a brief translation of the SP drama, I have translated the gist of it here at my forum. I came across this song by Tsuyoshi Domoto and would like to share it.  This was the theme song of Pour L'Amour D'une Femme or When a Man Loves a Woman in English  in 1994 by Andy Garcia and Meg Ryan.  The story is about a pilot husband trying to deal with his wife who is an alcoholic and is endangering the life of their daughter. You could watch the trailer here.  You could also watch Tsuyoshi singing it at the G-concert here.  I personally feel that sometimes Tsuyoshi overdoes it in his stage display when he sings his emotional songs and this is one such example. Perhaps when he is slightly older and more mature looking, he would be perfect.  Nevertheless, his vocal rendition of the song is superb and very attractive to listen to.  Click here. I have been looping it all morning.  If I don't know what Tsuyoshi looks like in person, him being so young, I would have marvelled at the emotion in the performance and wanted to watch him sing it live. Tsuyoshi, you have a bright future ahead of you.

Alright!!! I got my albumS today!! Both versions. AAARRRGGGHHHH!!! It's so good!  First I spent the first 8 hours of the day stewing and waiting for the mailman...couldn't get focused in translations at all, and the moment I heard a thump of a packet, I ran out and got it in. I hurried to my hi fi and slotted it in.

  

OMG, I had to switch it off after the first half of a song because the base was so heavy that it was going to blow my electro magnetic speakers...my husband wouldn't appreciate Koichi if I did. I hurried downstairs to listen to it with full base and it's so good!!! So incredibly good. Here's my review of the album without reading any other reviews by others prior to this.

I happened on a clip of them when they were still juniors. They were so cute back then, so innocent and energetic.  The Koichi now is not too different from the Koichi back then, but the Tsuyoshi now is much more reserved than the Tsuyoshi back then. I like his happier self.

I just realized last night that Rain's Eternal Rain album, his first Japanese full solo album was released on the same day as Koichi Domoto's Mirror, his first solo album. My two ichiban dancer of Korea and Japan.
