This news came as a bit of a disappointment to Koichi fans because at the end of Tsuyoshi’s solo 46 concerts run, he announced an additional 30 concerts in July and August, dashing the hope of Koichi fans of his own solo concert.

Tsuyoshi Domoto is the other half of Kinki Kids and he has a great voice. But recently, he really surprises me. The latest was a news clip about his solo concert where he dressed himself up...something to do with his fascination with fish.

This episode was subbed and so I understood what the guest was talking about. She has once been the female diva in Japan in the 1960's and brought jazz, latin tunes into Japanese music industry. Throughout the one on one Q&A, she talked about how she succumbed to her son most of the time and was looking for a new love now. (She's divorced.)


When asked who she liked most in the industry now, she said Kat-Tun. I look at Koichi's and Tsuyoshi's expression and it's so cute.

This was the first series I watched of Koichi's, and also his latest one, sadly in 2002.  I wish he would make more series.

He played the role of a police detective who hid in an underground facility to direct his operations because he could not forgive himself for making a mistake in a case he worked on.  The new recruit to work for him was Fukada Kyoko who as a traffic police was ready to quit her job as soon as she would be married.

One day a friend passed a news clip to me and when I opened it, my eyes were riveted at a very feisty looking man pushing another person around on stage, then the next second, he was twirling around with his foot hooked upside down to a rope mid air.  Before I could understand what I was watching, he was rolling down a flight of 20 steps or so. Who was this guy?

My friend only said it was some Shock show and they announced that it would continue next year. Next year? what about this year? and last year? A long running show?
